If you are an existing Cuttlefish website client, plans will be charged pro-rata in line with your annual renewal date.
Plans are provided as email 'slots' so they can be reallocated to other users during your current billing period.
Plans are charged annually and no partial refunds for cancelled plans mid-contract will be provided.
It is not possible to have users from the same organisation (using the same domain) to have CF Mail and Microsoft plans at the same time. They must have CF Mail OR Microsoft (you can have different levels of Microsoft plan within your organisation though e.g. some on Basic and others on Standard).
