Newsletters
Our newsletter system is enabled in the website backend for a one-off set-up fee of £100 + VAT. This includes the application of your council logo, chosen colour and a sign-up widget to your chosen page.
The system provides options to 'build' your newsletter by adding text, images, links and even pulling in pre-written content from your Newsfeed. Please note that we don't provide an in-person training session, but do issue our admin guides for you to follow.
The ongoing costs are based on your chosen number of credits. Credits are used as 1 newsletter sent to a recipient = 1 credit. Credits are provided monthly and do not roll over, they reset on the first of each month. We invoice for your chosen credit allocation annually with your service renewal date, the first year will be prorated to your next renewal date.

Appointments
The appointments tool is a great resource for managing bookings for village halls, courts, and other premises. Users can easily request bookings by selecting from available dates and time slots.
Accessible through the Control Panel, the tool showcases all current booking forms on the website, with new bookings highlighted for easy identification. Admins can then approve or deny the bookings as needed and also have the ability to set available dates and time slots.

Accessibility Tool
Our websites are accessible as standard, and so users can amend their browser settings to view the websites as per their personal preferences. However many users are unfamiliar with browser settings and appreciate visible options to customise and adjust website elements to their individual needs.

We're excited to introduce our new Cemetery Records software! Accessible directly from your Control Panel, this powerful tool simplifies the management of cemetery operations.
Cemetery Lite offers a simple and easy-to-use burial record management system. Our user-friendly platform simplifies record creation and upkeep, allowing you to easily manage burial records, plot assignments, and section organisation.
Admins can use the simple interface within your website to manage multiple cemeteries and plots, whilst public pages provide users with a search facility to find specific burial information.
