Do you provide support?
For our Charity, Venue or Small Business sites we offer support via tickets and also provide free step-by-step guides. If you'd prefer to also have support via telephone, it's available as an extra for £150 + VAT per year.
Our Parish and Town Council sites come with unlimited support via phone, tickets and emails. You can submit Support Tickets directly through your website at any time or call us Monday to Friday between 9am - 5.30pm.
Is training provided?
Venues / Charities sites - we provide free step-by-step guides in our help centre. As the websites are simple, you'll be confident adding content in no time.
Local Councils - As part of the set-up fee, you will receive training over Zoom. The session is recorded and you will receive a copy of the video afterwards.
Are there limits to the number of pages or storage space?
Our small website clients such as Charities or Venues, can choose between a small or medium website with either a 10 or 25 page limit, respectively.
Parish and Town Council websites don't have a page limit.
Do you move data across from the old website as part of the set-up fee?
As part of the set-up fee for Local Council sites, we can migrate some existing content and depending on the website, we may also be able to transfer the documents. Our training and further online guides will help you to populate the rest of the site which comes with pre-made pages such as Documents, Fault Reporting, Agendas & Minutes, Noticeboards, Gallery, Directory, News, and Events. Some just require clicking 'Add New' and completing any event date/title/images etc.
We don't provide content migration for Venue / Charity sites.
Can we link social media to the website?
Yes, you'll be able to customise all links and details on the website with dedicated icons for Instagram, Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) in the footer.
Do you supply email accounts?
We offer new email accounts from just £35 + VAT a year. We also offer Microsoft packages, to see our full range click here.
Do your websites comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2?
Of course! All of our websites comply with WCAG 2.2. The designs are accessible and responsive.
Do your websites comply with GDPR?
Yes, our websites do comply with GDPR. We design and build our sites with data protection and privacy in mind to help you meet your obligations.
Will the website work on all devices?
We make our websites fully responsive - they will display properly on all screen sizes including desktops, tablets and mobiles.
Can you manage our domain for us?
Yes, we offer domain management as one of our services. For more details click here.
Can you provide a .gov.uk domain?
Yes! We offer gov.uk domains to councils for £75 + VAT per year.
How long does it take to build a website?
We can set up your new site within a week. Then it's up to you to populate the site and let us know when you're ready for launch!
How much does a website cost?
