As of Thursday 1st February 2024, 2commune is now under new management and ownership of Cuttlefish Multimedia Ltd.

All existing 2commune contracts will be honoured (website, domain and emails) until your usual renewal date, by which point Cuttlefish's standard terms and conditions will need to have been signed to continue your provision.

Your personalised council links have beed updated and sent out. Please contact us if you have not received this. This link will provide you with an overview of your current provision, future costs and you can sign the new terms any time up to your renewal date. For those councils who have already signed up to the Cuttlefish terms - we thank you very much and no further action is required from you.

Cuttlefish are committed to ensuring that councils have a great website service and are excited to share some new services and functionality going forwards.

Our website is not yet live / due a redesign

Cuttlefish will be contacting any clients that have partial sites or are waiting on builds / redesigns etc to rectify this asap.

We were hoping to get a design upgrade?

All council websites will be upgraded to a new design free of charge.

We are also able to quote for bespoke services if you would like a unique design applied.

What happens on my renewal date?

You will be asked to sign the Cuttlefish terms before your renewal date, after which everything will continue as normal.

If you choose not to continue to contract with Cuttlefish from your usual 2commune renewal date, then in line with GDPR data protection we will ensure that your data is removed from our system.

We hope to avoid the latter and believe that you will be pleased with our services and work with us for many years to come!
