Melton Museum

Melton Carnegie Museum is housed in the town's former Carnegie Library, built in 1905 with a grant from the industrialist Andrew Carnegie; the building became the town's museum in 1977. Owned and managed by Leicestershire County Council, the museum has benefited from two significant refurbishments and we worked with them to overhaul their online presence in 2019.

UI Design

Melton Museum required a website they could showcase the various exhibitions and events they put on throughout the year. We set out to design a website that relied heavily on their strong identity to set it apart and make the museum and it's identity well known to visitors and the surrounding area.

Outcome

The website used strong colour palette and imagery to create an experience that would be sure to leave a memorable mark on visitors who came to site.
