Catholic Youth Work

The Salesians are a Religious Congregation founded by St John Bosco - the Mission of the Salesians is to evangelise and educate young people throughout the world, most especially the poor and the marginalised.

We were asked to create a website where they could share resources and job opportunities for their followers in Schools, Parishes, Youth Retreats, Chaplaincy and various other youth activities.

Resource Database

Along with a filterable job feed, we were also asked to build a database for over 300 resources that we imported from a previous website. Each document was categorised with publisher, type, year etc to help users filter for useful tips and documents.

Website Design

Using their branding as a basis, we carried the stripes from the Catholic Youth Work logo into the website design. The bright colours were toned down slightly so that they wouldn't distract from the website content but were still clearly recognisable as a project from Salesians of Don Bosco.
